These soft and stretchy boxer briefs have an internal pocket and a reinforced O-ring that will accommodate most soft packers (packer shown in photo is not included). The pocket has a 2-panel design that will accommodate most STP packers. Machine or hand washable in cold, line dry. 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex.

Available in five sizes: XS/Small (fits approximately 27"-29" waist), Medium/Large (fits approximately 30"-33" waist), Large/XL (fits approximately 36"-40" waist), XL/2XL (fits approximately 41"-46" waist), and 2XL/3XL (fits approximately 47"-52" waist).

A quick way to determine your best size is to grab a pair of underwear that fit you well, and lay them flat on a table to measure their waistband width.  Then you can choose the size that best matches from the following flat measurements:

XS/Small: 13" wide waistband when measured flat
Medium/Large: 15" wide waistband when measured flat
L/XL: 17" wide waistband when measured flat
XL/2XL: 19" wide waistband when measured flat
2XL/3XL: 21" wide waistband when measured flat
